The Addiction Protocol integrates two processes, Binaural Mind Messaging (Light Frames), and PsyChi, to empower you to eliminate the emotional charge of the past addictive behavior, and also the elimination of subconscious programming that triggers a specific craving whether that is a food, drug, alcohol or smoking addiction.

The Light Frames integrates THREE Proven Mind Technologies in ONE!

Binaural Beats Put simply, these are imbedded tones that the brain naturally follows into states of deep relaxation. Within minutes your brain reaches extraordinary levels of performance that would otherwise take years of practice to achieve. Binaural beats work by tricking the brain into hearing a phantom frequency that
isn’t really there. For example, if we play a 220 Hz carrier tone into the left ear and a 226.5 Hz carrier tone into the right ear, your brain perceives the difference between the two, which is a subtle beat frequency of 6.5 Hz, the same frequency associated with deep, meditative trances. Your brain naturally follows this frequency and you experience this meditative trance state. Binaural beats are a proven self-development tool that’s been Isochronic Tones This is the newest brainwave entrainment technology. Isochronic tones are manually created, equal intensity pulses of sound separated by an interval of silence. They turn on and off rapidly, but the speed depends on the desired brain frequency. The discrete nature of isochronic tones makes them particularly easy
Strategic Mind Messaging can help you change the way you view yourself and your life. Once you have a new image of yourself-as a healthy, happy, optimistic person-your fears and frustrations fade away and you no

The guided mind messaging audio sessions help you stop dwelling on what you don’t want while giving you laser-like focus on everything you do want, so you can have the life you’ve always dreamed of, effortlessly!

Stages of Behavioral Changes
Change is a “process involving progress through a series of stages. Being aware of where you stand in this process is an important factor to determine success.

• Pre-contemplation (Not Ready)-“People are not intending to take action in the foreseeable future, and

can be unaware that their behavior is problematic”

• Contemplation (Getting Ready)-“People are beginning to recognize that their behavior is problematic,

and start to look at the pros and cons of their continued actions”

• Preparation (Ready)-“People are intending to take action in the immediate future, and may begin taking

small steps toward behavior change”

• Action – “People have made specific overt modifications in modifying their problem behavior or in

• Maintenance – “People have been able to sustain action for a while and are working to prevent relapse”

• Termination – “Individuals have zero temptation and they are sure they will not return to their old

12-Step Program for Simplifying Your Life – Dr. Wayne Dyer

Source: Wayne’s Weekly Wisdom Newsletter

For a moment, let’s imagine what it would be like to be fully alive without a physical shell or any of the stuff we need and desire for maintaining life on Earth. We’d have a mental energy that allowed us to move forward or backward, up or down, instantly creating whatever we desired. We’d be free to wallow in an exquisite existence without time or space as we know it. We’d be in a state of pure bliss, in love with everything and everyone. We’d have no duties or bills to tend to, no fear of losing anything, no one judging us, no possessions to insure, no demands on our time, and no goals to achieve.
What we’re envisioning is actually the world of Spirit, which we experienced before we came here and will return to when we shed our body (or as William Butler Yeats poetically called it, our “tattered coat upon a stick”).

Inspiration is a state of being here now in this material world, while at the same time reconnecting to our spiritual origins. In order to be receptive to inspiration, we need to eliminate the ego clutter that accumulates all too easily for most of us—after all, if we’re preoccupied with events and activities that have nothing to do with inspiration, we’re unlikely to notice its summons. So in order to achieve a reunion with our ultimate calling, we need to emulate the clear, uncomplicated world of Spirit.

This doesn’t mean that we should sit around doing nothing, awaiting Spirit’s arrival; instead, it means having faith that our spiritual connection flourishes in a life dedicated to joy, love, and peace. If our daily activities are so overwhelming that we don’t make these things our priority, then we’re disregarding the value of living a simple life.

My 12-Step Program for Simplifying Your Life

Here are 12 very specific tools for simplifying your life. Begin using them today if you’re serious about hearing that ultimate call to inspiration.

12-Step Program for Simplifying Your Life

Here are 12 very specific tools for simplifying your life. Begin using them today if you’re serious about hearing that ultimate call to inspiration.

1. Unclutter Your Life. You’ll feel a real rush of inspiration when you clear out stuff that’s no longer useful in your life:

If you haven’t worn it in the past year or two, recycle it for others to use. Get rid of old files that take up space and are seldom, if ever, needed. Donate unused toys, tools, books, bicycles, and dishes to a charitable organization.

Get rid of anything that keeps you mired in acquisitions that contribute to a cluttered life. In the words of Socrates, “He is nearest to God who needs the fewest things.” So the less you need to insure, protect, dust, reorganize, and move, the closer you’ll be to hearing inspiration’s call.

2. Clear your Calendar of Unwanted and Unnecessary Activities and Obligations. If you’re unavailable for Spirit, you’re unlikely to know the glow of inspiration. God will indeed work with you and send you the guidance—and the people—you need, but if you’re grossly overscheduled, you’re going to miss these life-altering gifts. So practice saying no to excessive demands and don’t feel guilty about injecting a dose of leisure time into your daily routine.

3. Be Sure to Keep Your Free Time Free. Be on the lookout for invitations to functions that may keep you on top of society’s pyramid, but which inhibit your access to joyful inspiration. If cocktail parties, social get-togethers, fund-raising events, or even drinking-and-gossiping gatherings with friends aren’t really how you want to spend your free time, then don’t. Begin declining invitations that don’t activate feelings of inspiration. I find that an evening spent reading or writing letters, watching a movie with a loved one, having dinner with my children, or even exercising alone is far more inspiring than getting dressed to attend a function often filled with small talk. I’ve learned to be unavailable for such events without apologizing, and consequently have more inspired moments freed up.

4. Take Time for Meditation and Yoga. Give yourself at least 20 minutes a day to sit quietly and make conscious contact with God. I’ve written an entire book on this subject called Getting in the Gap, so I won’t belabor it here. I will say that I’ve received thousands of messages from people all over the world, who have expressed their appreciation for learning how to simplify their life by taking the time to meditate. I also encourage you to find a yoga center near you and begin a regular practice. The rewards are so powerful: You’ll feel healthier, less stressed, and inspired by what you’ll be able to do with and for your body in a very short time.

4. Return to the Simplicity of Nature. There’s nothing more awe-inspiring than nature itself. The fantasy to return to a less tumultuous life almost always involves living in the splendor of the mountains, the forests, or the tundra; on an island; near the ocean; or beside a lake. These are universal urges, since nature is created by the same Source as we are, and we’re made up of the same chemicals as all of nature (we’re stardust, remember?).

Your urge to simplify and feel inspired is fueled by the desire to be your natural self—that is, your nature self. So give yourself permission to get away to trek or camp in the woods; swim in a river, lake, or ocean; sit by an open fire; ride horseback through trails; or ski down a mountain slope. This doesn’t have to mean long, planned vacations that are months away—no matter where you live, you’re only a few hours or even moments away from a park, campground, or trail that will allow you to enjoy a feeling of being connected to the entire Universe.

5. Put Distance between You and Your Critics. Choose to align yourself with people who are like-minded in their search for simplified inspiration. Give those who find fault or who are confrontational a silent blessing and remove yourself from their energy as quickly as possible. Your life is simplified enormously when you don’t have to defend yourself to anyone, and when you receive support rather than criticism. You don’t have to endure the criticism with anything other than a polite thank-you and a promise to consider what’s been said—anything else is a state of conflict that erases the possibility of your feeling inspired. You never need to defend yourself or your desires to anyone, as those inner feelings are Spirit speaking to you. Those thoughts are sacred, so don’t ever let anyone trample on them.

6. Take Some Time for Your Health. Consider that the number one health problem in America seems to be obesity. How can you feel inspired and live in simplicity if you’re gorging on excessive amounts of food and eliminating the exercise that the body craves? Recall that your body is a sacred temple where you reside for this lifetime, so make some time every single day for exercising it. Even if you can only manage a walk around the block, just do it. Similarly, keep the words portion control uppermost in your consciousness—your stomach is the size of your fist, not a wheelbarrow! Respect your sacred temple and simplify your life by being an exerciser and a sensible eater. I promise that you’ll feel inspired if you act on this today!

7. Play, Play, Play! You’ll simplify your life and feel inspired if you learn to play rather than work your way through life. I love to be around kids because they inspire me with their laughter and frivolity. In fact, if I’ve heard it once, I’ve heard it a thousand times: “Wayne, you’ve never grown up—you’re always playing.” I take great pride in this! I play onstage when I speak, and I’m playing now as I write.

Many years ago I was given a tremendous opportunity to appear on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. The man who took a chance on me, booking me even though I was an unknown at the time, was a talent coordinator named Howard Papush. It was my first big break, and I went on to appear on The Tonight Show 36 additional times. Now it’s my turn to say thank you to Howard. He’s written a wonderful book titled When’s Recess? Playing Your Way Through the Stresses of Life, which I encourage you to read. (Howard also conducts workshops that teach people how to play and have fun in life.) In the book, Howard shares this great quote from Richard Bach: “You are led through your lifetime by the inner learning creature, the playful spiritual being that is your real self.” I couldn’t agree more—by all means, get back in touch with your real, playful self, and take every opportunity to play! Notice how it makes everything so sweet, and so simple.

8. Slow Down. One of Gandhi’s most illuminating observations reminds us that “there is more to life than increasing its speed.” This is great advice for simplifying your life—in fact, slow everything way down for a few moments right here and now. Slowly read these words. Slow your breathing down so that you’re aware of each inhalation and exhalation…

When you’re in your car, downshift and relax. Slow down your speech, your inner thoughts, and the frantic pace of everything you do. Take more time to hear others. Notice your inclination to interrupt and get the conversation over with, and then choose to listen instead. Stop to enjoy the stars on a clear night and the cloud formations on a crisp day. Sit down in a mall and just observe how everyone seems in a hurry to get nowhere.

By slowing down, you’ll simplify and rejoin the perfect pace at which creation works. Imagine trying to hurry nature up by tugging at an emerging tomato plant—you’re as natural as that plant, so let yourself be at peace with the perfection of nature’s plan.

9. Do Everything You Can to Eschew Debt. Remember that you’re attempting to simplify your life here, so you don’t need to purchase more of what will complicate and clutter your life. If you can’t afford it, let it go until you can. By going into debt, you’ll just add layers of anxiety onto your life. That anxiety will then take you away from your peace, which is where you are when you’re in-Spirit. When you have to work extra hard to pay off debts, the present moments of your life are less enjoyable; consequently, you’re further away from the joy and peace that are the trademarks of inspiration. You’re far better off to have less and enjoy the days of your life than to take on debt and invite stress and anxiety where peace and tranquility could have reigned. And remember that the money you have in your possession is nothing but energy—so refuse to plug in to an energy system that’s not even there.

10. Forget about the Cash Value. I try not to think about money too frequently because it’s been my observation that people who do so tend to think about almost nothing else. So do what your heart tells you will bring you joy, rather than determining whether it will be cost-effective. If you’d really enjoy that whale-watching trip, for instance, make the decision to do so—don’t deny yourself the pleasures of life because of some monetary detail. Don’t base your purchases on getting a discount, and don’t rob yourself of a simple joy because you didn’t get a break on the price. You can afford a happy, fulfilling life, and if you’re busy right now thinking that I have some nerve telling you this because of your bleak financial picture, then you have your own barrier of resistance.

11. Make an attempt to free yourself from placing a price tag on everything you have and do—after all, in the world of Spirit, there are no price tags. Don’t make money the guiding principle for what you have or do; rather, simplify your life and return to Spirit by finding the inherent value in everything. A dollar does not determine worth, even though you live in a world that attempts to convince you otherwise.

12. Remember Your Spirit. When life tends to get overly complex, too fast, too cluttered, too deadline oriented, or too type A for you, stop and remember your own spirit. You’re headed for inspiration, a simple, peaceful place where you’re in harmony with the perfect timing of all creation. Go there in your mind, and stop frequently to remember what you really want.

Are You Being Attacked by Energy Vampires

Do you ever find yourself feeling stressed out, guilty or physically exhausted after talking or interacting in some way with certain people?

Energy VampiresThese are the type of people who are still in the victim state. In their eyes, the world is always against them. They like to go over and over every single thing that goes wrong in their lives, and also enjoy anticipating negative experiences and outcomes.

You might known also the ones who are always demanding your attention, either through positive or negative behavior. They just want to get themselves into the “limelight,” at any cost. And we could go on and on, with the blamers, the drama queens, etc.

When you find yourself in the presence of these energy vampires the best thing to do would be to walk away. But this is not always an option and this is what this article is about, having tips at your hand to protect your energy field from energy vampires.

Shield Yourself

To shield yourself, just imagine, think, or see yourself completely enveloped in whatever color light you choose. They said shields wear off and that you need to reapply them approximately every 12 hours or so. I believe in the power of intention, so I set the intention for the shield to last until the next time a repeat the process.

Here are some colors you may choose from, according to Doreen Virtue, depending upon the situation you’re in:

  • WHITE LIGHT: Good for protection against crime or physical attack. Invokes additional angels around you.
  • PINK LIGHT: The pink shield protects against negativity. Helpful in situations where you’re around negative-minded, complaining, or gossipy people, as only love can permeate a pink shield.
  • GREEN LIGHT: A physical healing shield. Use the green shield for someone who’s injured or ill.
  • PURPLE LIGHT: Psychic protection. Shields against psychic attack and entities.
  • MIRRORED BALL: When you’re feeling vulnerable, or when your chakras are open and clean, and you’re about to go into harsh energy (such as crowds of strangers or an intense business meeting, for instance), see or feel yourself stepping inside of a mirrored ball. All negative energy bounce away from the ball.
  • LEAD SHIELD: The ultimate shield against negativity whenever a battle is anticipated, or you’re feeling extra vulnerable or open. See or feel yourself completely surrounded by lightweight lead metal, which nothing can penetrate.
  • TRIPLE SHIELD: Pick three or more of the colors and layer them on top of yourself for complete protection.

I used to do this process when I felt I needed to protect myself until I had the opportunity to interview my friend and mentor Trish Withus for my last telesummit. Trish is a gifted psychic and medium. She told us a beautiful experience she had when she realized a person she was doing business with was trying to cross her energy field. She said instead of shielding or blocking herself, she focused on opening up her heart chakra and allowing the energy of love to flow outwardly, and she no longer felt vulnerable to the negative energy. Since then, I have been using the same approach. It completely makes sense to me. Darkness can’t really resist the light and love energy.

Call On Your Angels and Other Beings of Light

They are always ready and excited to assist you. Archangel Michael is the angel of protection but you can call on any other angel you feel more drawn to, including your Guardian Angels.

Set Healthy Boundaries

Let people know what do you stand for, how much you are willing to give in, give away and/or do for them, and how important it is for you to keep a good balance in your personal and work environment.

Decide Before Hand How You Will Respond…

instead of waiting to react emotionally. Have a plan of action to implement as soon a you feel you’re mood and energy is being affected by other people.

And remember Like Attracts Like. If you keep attracting these kind of people to your awareness, it may be a good time to ask yourself how you are showing up in your life in the same or similar way. Please share below what is your favorite or most powerful approach to keep Energy Vampires at bay.

Spiritualizing Your Emotions by Joshua David Stone

Six-Step Process for Spiritualizing Your Emotions by Joshua David Stone, Ph.D

This article is taken from Joshua David Stone, Ph.D’s book called Soul Psychology — How to Clear Negative Emotions and Spiritualize Your Life.

Write down either the details of the incident or the exact behavior of the other person with whom you were dealing.  For example, maybe the incident was a traffic jam on the freeway, or your mate became angry with you.  The first step is just to write down objectively what has happened.

Step 2 :

Write down your response to either the incident or the other person.  For example, your response to the traffic jam might have been impatience and annoyance.  Your response to your mate might have been defensiveness and anger. This step is just to write down objectively how you responded, regardless of whether that response was appropriate or not.

Step 3 :

This is the key step.  Choose to look at the incident or the other person’s behavior as being your master teacher, instructing you on a lesson that you need to learn.  Imagine that the incident or person is an instrument that God is using to teach you a lesson and give you an opportunity to grow spiritually.  Your negative response stems from the fact that you are not looking at the situation as a teaching, lesson, challenge, and opportunity to grow.  The traffic jam is your master teacher.  Your mate’s anger is your master teacher.

Step 4 :

Make a list of all the psychological and spiritual qualities that you are being given the opportunity to learn.  In the example of the traffic jam, you are being taught patience; or preference rather than attachment; or how to look things as lessons; or surrender.  Perhaps the first things you are being taught with people is an example of how not to be.  Some people set good examples and some set bad examples.  You can learn from both.  You know how it feels to be on the other end of someone’s anger and attack, so that teaches you not to be that way.

meditating

Possible Lessons :

  • To own your personal power
  • To be the cause of your own emotions and not let your mate cause your emotions
  • Not to let your mate put you into the underdog position
  • To respond instead of react
  • To be a master instead of a victim
  • To learn when to talk and when to be silent
  • Forgiveness
  • Nonattachment
  • Transcendence of ego
  • To maintain the right relationship to self and relationship to God — the two most important relationships in your life.

You’ll find that many of your life lessons repeat themselves over and over again.

Step 5 :

After listing all the wonderful lessons and wisdom you have learned, then bless or thank the other person in your mind, or in person, for giving you the opportunity to learn these lessons.  Make a firm resolution that when you are again tested in the following day, week, or month, you are going to be mentally strong and prepared to respond appropriately.  Realize that you will indeed be tested again, either with the same person or incident or with a new person and new incident, until you master the lesson.

Step 6 :

Review your “Spiritualizing Negative Emotions” work on a weekly and monthly basis.  Use the six-step process for mastering your emotions anytime you get into a sticky emotional situation.  By using this process and doing it on paper, you will see more clearly what is happening.  Evaluate the amount of time and energy it now takes you to “learn you lessons.”  Remember that if you truly learn from this experience, you will never again have to experience those negative feelings.

Align – Allow – Achieve: 3 Steps to Manifesting

You can be, do and have everything you can imagine in your mind and feel in your heart. Instead of dwelling on what you do not have yet, focus your attention on what you have already manifested.

Align, Allow, Achieve: 3 Steps to Manifesting

3 steps to manifesting and becoming a powerful co-creator.

1. Align

When you align to your God-like attributes and take ownership of them you become that what you want to manifest.

2. Allow

Think about nature, your own body that is always allowing itself to be transformed and renewed effortlessly.  As you allow the energy to transform and flow through you and around you, you create more opportunities to manifest the object of your desire.

3. Achieve

Consequently, as you implement the first two steps, your  ability to manifest will increase creating a shift at a cellular level that makes the process of manifesting as easy as breathing is for you at this moment.

Practice this three-step process as often as you can. Start with little goals and rejoice in your accomplishments whether they are small or large.

Record your progress in your journal.

Increasing Your Magnetic Power

I’ve written before about the power of our thoughts and words in the manifesting process. I’m sure you have been wondering how you could increase your magnetic power to attract what you want to create as your physical reality. The following process taught by Abraham Hicks (The Law of Attraction)is probably the one that has been most effective in my personal experience. He calls it the Creative’s Workshop Process.

Abraham encourages you to spend 10-15 minutes every day, “deliberately setting forth powerful thoughts that evoke, great, powerful, passionate, positive emotion in order to attract circumstances and events into your life’s experience that are to your wanting.” “…all the things that make up your vision of what the perfect life experience will be for you.

The Creative’s Workshop Process

Your job in this workshop is to assimilate data that you have been collecting from your real life experiences. Your work here is to bring the data together in a sort of picture of yourself, one that satisfies and pleases you.

  • Choose a place where you will not be distracted or interrupted
  • In order to make the process as  effective and empowering as possible, it is important that you come with a feeling of happiness
  • During your day collect data and look for things that you would like to manifest and bring them into your workshop
  • Go into your workshop to assimilate the data and prepare a picture of yourself  from which you will begin attracting into your experience the essence of that which has been pleasing you.
  • Give thought to what you want with clarity so your Inner Being responds by offering confirming emotion

If you are able to grasp the knowledge that your real work is to look around for things that you want with the intent of bringing them into your workshop in order to create your vision of yourself from which you will attract – then you will come to know that there is nothing that you cannot be, do, or have.

Your True Worth. A Meditation by John Randolph Price

A Meditation

I came into this world with a very specific purpose.
I came to fulfill a mission.
I came to love life and realize the truth about me.
I came to contribute to the salvation of this world.

I am part of God and the fullness of the
Godhead dwells in me.
In the Mind of God, no one, or no thing
is useless or meaningless.
Everyone and everything is of critical importance
to the balance and order of the universe.
Without me, God would not be complete.
Without me, the universe would lose
its equilibrium.

All that is before me to,
I do with happy enthusiasm.
For nothing is too insignificant.
And never again will there be a sense
of futility in my life.

I am overflowing with gratitude to the Father for
the opportunity to be in physical form at this time.
I am so thankful to be right where I am, right now,
serving all who come my way with love,
joy, understanding, and forgiveness.

Recognizing my true worth,
I now go forth with uplifted vision.
I see with the inner eye the loving and
prospering activity of the Christ within.
I see with my physical eyes
lavish abundance everywhere.
I am peaceful, powerful, and poised,
for I know who I am.

What We Think, We Become – Buddha

As I work with students and clients, I become more aware of the truth within these wise words, “What we think, we become.” Buddha

“Without exception, that which you give thought to is that which you begin to invite into your experience.”

~ Abraham hicks

I always emphasize the importance of aligning the vision of your desire with both, thoughts and words. This is what Innergy Alignment Mastery is about. Having a clear image of that what you want to manifest, and monitoring your thoughts as much as possible will determine your rate of success. You may notice that initially, it will take a conscious effort to avoid  giving more energy to what you don’t want to manifest in your life.

Abraham Hicks explains it this way, “When you see something you would like to experience and you say, “Yes,I would like to have that,” through your attention to it you invite it into your experience. However, when you see something that you do not want to experience and you shout, “No, no, I do not want that,” through your attention to it you invite it into your experience.”

There is always a correlation between your thoughts, words and your reality. The Law of Attraction is always at work, whether you are aware of it or not. Just as the law of gravity and many other laws. We become what we think, but have you ever wondered why is so easy to ruminate on negative thoughts? Neuroscience shows that we are wired to constantly ruminate on negative thoughts, feelings, and fantasies. Unfortunately, doubts and fears are normal -even essential – psychological processes that are hardwired into our brain’s anatomy. One side of our prefrontal cortex is a “pessimist,” a cautionary inner voice telling us to wait (procrastinate). The other side is an optimistic problem solver. Many self doubts are memories being replayed. They aren’t real, but we sometimes believe they are. These can be reduced through positive psychology training, mindfulness, and various neurocoaching strategies designed to build self-esteem and confidence.

What we think, we become Buddha
What we think, we become. Buddha

By now, you must be wondering, but how is it possible that I could be creating I  an undesirable reality? The fact that  the thoughts that create your reality aren’t clear in your consciousness, due to the gap in time between the moment when you held such thoughts and the time they manifested in your experience, makes it even more dificult to grasp.

I invite you to look back into you to keep your mind open as you read the story below from one of my clients that I will call, Nancy.

“I had been recently promoted to a managerial position, promotion that I had worked hard to achieve for a long while. At the same time, I was finally getting in touch with my true calling in life. I remember talking to some friends with excitement about my future with my new found passion. Also, how I didn’t see myself sticking with a job like the one I had that hardly provided any feeling of fulfillment in my life.

I kept performing my job duties without being fully committed to the company I worked for. I couldn’t wait to leave the place but at the same time, it was hard to let go of the position and benefits I had. Almost by the time of my next anniversary, I received the news that after a company restructure, my job position was no longer needed. I was bitter, and all I could see was myself as a victim. It was just unfair that they could do that to me and not even give me a good reason to support their decision. I knew nothing about the law of attraction and the power of our thoughts then, but as I started working with you, I realized how I had created the experience just with the thoughts and even the literal and verbal expression of my desire of “not wanting or intending to stay stuck” in that type of job.”

What has been your experience with the law of attraction? Can you pinpoint a specific experience and the thoughts that created the desired or undesired experience?

As Seen On

Unleash the Power of The Law of Attraction

During recent years we have heard a lot about the Law of attraction, and even though you might think that you haven’t ever practiced this law, you use the Law of Attraction on your every day life, even if you haven‘t ever heard about it.

Consciously or unconsciously, you are creating the experiences you are having in your life. So, let’s learn simple steps to manifest our desires instead of attracting more of what we don‘t want in our lives.

How does it sound? Are you willing to give it a try?

Follow these steps to unleash the  power of the Law of Attraction.

1. Express Gratitude

Express gratitude for all you have in your life including both, blessings and challenges. List as many as possible. Are you amazed yet? Life itself is a miracle.

I Am Alive!
I Live!
I Feel!
I See!
I Love!

Now, it’s time to start your own list.

I am Grateful for…

______________________ ______________________ ______________________ ______________________ ______________________ ______________________

I assure you that the list will go on and on…

When we focus our attention in something either positive or negative we attract more of that in our lives. If you start expressing your gratitude for what you are expecting in your life, as if it were already here, you are inviting that to manifest in your life. So, let’s make a list of everything we want to accomplish. Pretend it’s already here. Close your eyes and visualize yourself reaching that ideal weight, meeting your soul mate or improving your relationship with your significant other, finding your life’s purpose, the job you have always wanted, success, prosperity, etc. Then add it to the prior “I Am Grateful for” list.

You can practice the last exercise and review your list as often as you want. Keep adding to your list. Remember, “you are entitled” to the blessings of the Universe.

The last statement takes me to the next step:

2. Recognize your Worthiness

Yes, everyone is entitled to the blessings of the Universe. We tend to doubt our worthiness, and to believe that there are many things we must do, be, or have, to deserve these blessings.

What do you need to receive abundance of health, wealth, love and joy in your life?

Remember who you are

Recognize “Who you Are” instead of “what you do” or “what you have.” You are a Loving Child of God, and as a Child of God you are entitled to Unconditional Love, Health, Abundance, Success, and wisdom.

Now stand in front of a mirror and tell yourself:

“I am a Child of God and as a Child of God I am entitled to the Unconditional Love, Health, Abundance, Success, Wisdom…” (Add to your list according to what you expect in your life and that until now you had felt you were unworthy to receive.) Then open your arms and say:

“I welcome into my life the blessings of the Universe that I am entitled to, as a Precious Child of God. I welcome Health, Love, Abundance, Success.”

Don’t be surprised if you find resistance. Sooner that later, you will start to feel comfortable praising yourself.

3. Change Your Perception

Even after mastering the law of attraction you might experience negative issues in your life since they are part of the growth process. How can you deal with that and still have the Law of Attraction working with you instead of working against you?

Dr. Wayne Dyer says: “Change the way you look at things and the things that you look at will change.” This is a wise statement. Even though, it might sound absurd, we have chosen the experiences we needed to go through in this life to help us grow and find the way back to our source and perfect nature. So, see how those experiences shape up your character and strengthen you. Learn the lesson, practice gratitude and finally “you will change the way you look at things and  the things you look at will change.”

4. Allow

To Unleash the Power of The Law of Attraction you must trust the Universe, your worthiness, and lear how to “Be Still and Know that I am God.”

Your life will unfold in perfect order. You will have the inspired plans to accomplish your goals. The information and/or the persons you need by your side will show up at the right time so you can finally live life without limits.
